1000MT Caustic Soda Tender from INOC(Iraq National Oil Company)

At the begining of Feb. 2011, We have Mr Malik from Great Victory Company for negotiating a project of 1000MT Caustic Soda which published by IRAQ National Oil Company.    Through three days negotiation, both side achived the cooperative agreement.  Mr Malik was appointed to work for the tender.    One month later, we win in this bid.
