Description

Responsibilities:
1.Translate the orders. Edit and translate the documents and materials in the process of conmmunicating with clients.

3.Full tracing on QC and manufactures to push the production process, guarantee the quality and delivery date.

4.Tracing on the order’s dilivery date, dispatch date and account payable.

5.On time document transfer to Finance team and support foreign exchange payment and receipt.

6.Tracing import and export vessel and flight schedule and update information to clients.

7.Answer and turn to the phone, entertain visitors.
8.Responsible to receive and send faxes.
9.Assist I/E dept in typing in various business data.
10.Responsible to prepare, record meeting content, and file Documents.
11.Documents’ receiving / sending, delivery, submission, filing. 
12.Receive other temporary work.


Qualifications:
1.Bachelor or above, major in international trade or related.

2.Good written and spoken english.

3.Over 2 years working experience in Internationaltrade company or buying office, dealing with chemical preferred.

4.Strong communicaiton skills.

5.Attention to detail and strong tolerance for working on multiple projects simultaneously.

6.Proficiency in microsoft office,especially on excel.
