API Polished Rods
Polished rod is an important link for connecting between the pumping unit and rod string in the oil well. Currently, the Company offer 2 types of polished rod formulated from different alloys: AISI 4130 and AISI 4140.
API Polished Rod
The polished rod is the uppermost joint in the string of sucker rods used in a rod pump artificial-lift system. The polished rod enables an efficient hydraulic seal to be made around the reciprocating rod string.
Currently, Yunxiang polished rods are made from AISI 4130 and 4140 alloy steel.

Tensile value is the only steel polished rod physical requirement of API Specification 11B. All other physical properties are expected values only and Yunxiang reserves the right to deviate from the above listed values.
